Our current bread baking process is fully automated and utilises the most modern technologies available. Our fully automated line reduces the baking process to 1 hour 20 mins, which includes cooling the bread for 70 minutes and packaging. We are also currently developing an exciting new plant.

AA Bakery and distributors is a family owned business. The business was formed in 1996 by its current management and shareholders for the purpose of trading in baked products, specialising in bread.

AA Bakery has a long standing relationship with Tata South Africa. The relationship began in 1999 when AA Bakery purchased the first 10 trucks that arrived in the country from India. Our fleet has grown substantially and caters for efficient delivery across the Gauteng province. All vehicles are maintained and serviced by a group of qualified on-site mechanics.
